Visa Type

  • Passports at least have a validity of six months and at least two blank pages.
  • 2 Typed Visa Application Forms.
  • 3 Recent photographs (size of 35-45 mm, white background, 80% face coverage on mat finish paper).
  • Covering letter on Company's Letterhead.
  • Original Invitation in French language duly attested by Chamber of Commerce in Algeria to be couriered directly either to us from Algeria or to the PAX so that the same could be enclosed with the documents.
  • Hotel confirmation 
  • Original Recommendation letter from Indian Chamber of Commerce or Compnay registration
  •  Ticket.
  • Insurance
  • First and last page photocopy of passport.
  • Note: The invitation should have following sentence in it: S ENGAGE A PROCEDER SOUS LEURSA RESPONSABILITE A RAPATRIER LE RESSORTISSANT VERS SON PAYS D ORIGINE.
  • Passports at least have a validity of six months and at least two blank pages.
  • 2 Typed Visa Application Forms.
  • Two copies of the Visa Application Forms, fully completed, typed online, and signed. Original signature required on each page.
  • Two recent passport size photographs.
  • Copy of airline tickets showing dates of entry and exit from Algeria, and copy of confirmed hotel reservation or accommodation certificate duly certified by the local authorities in Algeria or an invitation from an Algerian travel agency with itinerary.
  • Hotel Confirmation in algeria.
  • Insurance
  • Last 06 months personal original updated bank statement with minimum amount of 01 lac
  • Original Covering letter on company letter head
  • A day-to-day itinerary/travel plan covering applicant stay in Algeria.
  • Passports at least have a validity of six months and at least two blank pages.
  • 2 Typed Visa Application Forms.
  • 3 Photos (Recent camera clicked, matte fininsh, white background with 80% face coverage).
  • Covering Letter.
  • Invitation on Company Letter Head of Algerian Company.
  • Visa Copy of Sponsor.
  • Passport Copy and Resident Permit of the Sponsor.
  • Return Confirmed Ticket.

  • Permitted Activities: This visa is strictly for tourism, sightseeing, casual visits to meet friends/relatives, and short-term yoga programmes.

  • Prohibited Activities: You cannot engage in any form of business, employment, or missionary work on this visa.

  • Non-Extendable: The 1 Year e-Tourist Visa cannot be extended or converted to any other type of visa while you are in India.

  • Entry Points: You must enter India through one of the designated airports or seaports.

  • Continuous Stay Limit: Each stay in India should not exceed 90 days (or 180 days for specific nationalities as permitted). You must exit the country before this period is over, but you may re-enter immediately if you wish.

  • Restricted Areas: This visa is not valid for travel to protected, restricted, or cantonment areas.
