Tour Notes

  • To help ensure you have a smooth and memorable experience ashore, please read the following important notes before participating in any NCL shore excursions:

     

    1. Tour Timing & Punctuality

    • All excursions operate on ship time, not local port time.

    • Guests must arrive at the designated meeting point at least 15 minutes prior to departure.

    • Excursions will depart promptly—late arrivals may not be accommodated and will not be refunded.

    2. What to Bring

    • A cruise keycard and a valid photo ID (required for reboarding the ship)

    • Comfortable walking shoes and weather-appropriate clothing

    • Sunscreen, hats, sunglasses, and a refillable water bottle

    • Local currency or credit card for personal purchases

    • Any necessary personal medications

    3. Health, Safety & Accessibility

    • Tours are rated by activity level (easy, moderate, or strenuous); please choose based on your physical comfort and mobility.

    • Guests with mobility concerns or medical conditions should consult the Shore Excursion Desk for suitable options.

    • Not all excursions are wheelchair accessible—please confirm before booking.

  • Complimentary and freestyle on-board dining within prescribed hours, not including specialty restaurants in one of our many complimentary dining venues 24-hour Dining venue (on select ships)
  • Room service menu items (convenience charge may apply)
  • Outdoor Buffet (on select ships)
  • Pool Bar and Grill (on select ships)
  • Coffee Bar (regular coffee and pastries included, specialty coffees at nominal extra charge)
  • Access to on-board Kids Club and youth programmes dedicated Kids & Teen Aging from (3-17) programming & spaces during at sea days until 10:30 pm and from departure until 10:30 pm during port days (but

  • All entertainment onboard (with the exception of dinner and lunch theatre entertainment)

  • Access to fitness facilities in on-board gym (but not personal training or exercise classes)
